its nosens....
he try to make joke,but its not so happz for me....
i have haxor from America in my PC...
im only online at the morning because he sleep than....in other case he come and want that i send him 20$ and he will leave my PC...
i bring my another PC to service taht they reinstall my windows (they gonna ue 35e for that) the man from service said me that also IP coud be haxed and its the risk to be at another PCs anyway...
my dad works on his PC are in trouble....if something happens with his work i just can say bb to internet -.-
also there is 1 of bilion messages he send me,and this is not the worst...
so please if u dont have any better way to make jokes than dont make any cuz its noot for joking,at least not for me

That's bullshit, "hacking an IP" makes no sense...
Ok if he reinstalls your PC it's fine then. You should install an anti-virus and a firewall, and run your PC as user and not admin (if it's not already the case).
What program did you install recently ? Did you open a weird mail attachments ? Have you been on pr0n sites with Internet Explorer ?
When you can, ask someone to check your comp with TV.

@MIV U Newb it's Croatian -.- Croatian has same letters as Russian and similar words from Old Russ when russia capital was Kiev +.+ also Poland has similar words from Croatian and Russian but Latina Letters +.+,Indeed our language comes from Greece
