After banning the third IP for this guy, [DC]Haku|Ninja|JPN joins the server using 92.77.134.15

I didn't ban Haku|Ninja, but it's pretty damn suspicious. I asked him if he was hacker but he denied.

fon its pretty useless he has same provider like me.the provider gives u a totally different ip range and u would ban many many ppl like me maybe :/ because its second biggest provider in germany

Hey guys
so I just register myself to help my friend [DC]Haku|Ninja|JPN. He is not a cheater. He threw smokes and shot into this and it was luck that he hit these guys but please trust me his is not a hacker. He told me that someone made a demo to report him and this time he had luck.
